The Energy Efficiency Association’s Supply Chain conference and exhibition, where industry experts and politicians discuss cutting-edge developments and pressing issues about energy efficiency.


The conference will address what the industry needs to do to ensure improved uptake of energy efficiency measures and what we can do to overcome barriers that often threaten the delivery of such schemes. This vital event also offers unrivalled networking opportunities to discuss energy efficiency with those at the heart of our industry.

On the day, we will see over 150 leading installers, managing agents, funding providers, manufacturers, certification bodies, local authorities, housing associations, policy makers, and industry luminaries come together.

Before founding the EEA, Gary was instrumental in the creation of the Energy Efficiency Awards, which he has successfully managed for the past decade. These awards have become a cornerstone of the industry, highlighting and celebrating excellence in energy efficiency. With a professional background in publishing and sales, Gary brings a wealth of experience in communication and stakeholder engagement. His expertise has been pivotal in driving the success of the initiatives he leads. In his personal life, Gary is an ardent supporter of Liverpool FC and a dedicated cricket enthusiast.

Kenneth Campbell is Chairman of the Energy Efficiency Association CiC, Co-Founder of the National Energy Efficiency Awards and Director of Campbell Braybrooke Ltd. As Association Chairman, Kenneth has a particular interest in new energy efficient technologies,investment in and funding for energy efficiency, supply chain delivery, and skills and training for the energy efficiency sector. Kenneth has Bachelor of Science degree from Glasgow University where he studied Computer Science along with Biochemistry and Physiology.

Adam Boam joined Midlands Rural Housing in October 2023, as a Tenant Liaison Officer – a new role for the rural associations. He focuses on delivering retrofit projects, funded by the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, and more recently Warm Homes Social Housing Fund, for Warwickshire Rural Housing Association, Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association and Peak District Rural Housing Association. In the last two and a half years, hes established his role and gone above and beyond every day to ensure the households getting the retrofit works are happy. His approach has enabled the installation team easy access to ALL homes and the feedback from customers has been really positive.

East Midlands Combined Authority

Adrian Prestidge is the Green Growth Project Manager at the East Midlands Combined County Authority, leading regional work on retrofit, energy transition, and the development of the East Midlands Retrofit Strategy. He has played a key role in coordinated multi authority retrofit initiatives, including the joint Nottinghamshire–Derbyshire bid to the MCS Foundation’s Local Authority Retrofit Accelerator Pilot. Adrian also contributes to academic practice collaboration, supporting research into devolved governance for warm, efficient homes, and is a community supervisor for a Collab PhD. Having worked as an installer for a Derbyshire based SME while studying for his MSc, he brings practical and technical insight into accelerating place based decarbonisation across the East Midlands.

Previously, she was business development and account manager for E.ON's Obligation Partnership Team where she worked closely with social housing providers and contractors delivering eco funded energy efficiency projects. Andrew is Programme Manager at the MCS Foundation, where he has led the delivery of the LARA (Local Area Retrofit Accelerator) programme since July 2024. In this role, he works with local authorities and partners across the retrofit system to develop robust, place-based strategies, helping to accelerate home decarbonisation at scale across the UK. With nearly fifteen years’ experience in the energy and retrofit sector, Andrew has led the delivery of home energy efficiency and decarbonisation programmes under major regulatory schemes including CERT, CESP, ECO, HHCRO, the Green Deal and Warm Home Discount. He now brings this experience to enabling coordinated, place-based action. Andrew has also worked in digital inclusion, supporting partnerships and grant-funded initiatives focused on reducing the digital divide by improving access, skills and confidence for those most at risk of exclusion. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, specialising in energy security, and is passionate about contributing to the transition to a low-carbon future. He is particularly interested in collaborative approaches to problem-solving, bringing stakeholders together to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

Rachel Jones is the Chair of the Midlands Association of Local Energy Officers who provide support and guidance to those working in the field of home energy. ALEO liaise directly with both regional and central government to provide a direct link for LA’s & ensure that the realities of on the ground delivery are feedback to help inform future policy. Rachel has over 18 years of experience in the industry and is currently CEO of Act on Energy. Rachel has worked with LA’s across the region assisting them in the delivery of energy efficiency schemes including ECO, LADS and SHDF. In addition she has worked on a plethora of affordable warmth schemes supporting vulnerable households who are at risk of fuel poverty. Act on Energy are currently providing the customer journey support across the West Midlands for Sustainable Warmth.

Phil is Head of Regulatory Engagement at TrustMark, focussing on developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the areas where TrustMark registration is mandatory. This includes close working with government departments and Ofgem. With over 25 years of experience across the energy, safety and professional services sectors, Phil brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the TrustMark leadership team. His previous experience in compliance along with his commitment to achieving excellence through continual improvement, provides Phil with a strong focus on driving quality in all that he does. He has a keen interest in the outcomes of the Each Home Counts review and how that can contribute to the UK’s net-zero target by 2050. Working with his leadership colleagues, he is committed to helping build consumer confidence and uptake of energy efficiency measures in the retrofit market.

Their work helps tackle fuel poverty, improve the quality of homes, and support the Midlands transition to net zero. In his role, Nathan focuses on making sure programmes are delivered effectively, building capacity within local teams, and ensuring public funding translates into real, positive change for residents. With a background in performance management, data driven decision making and programme leadership, he brings a clear, analytical approach to navigating complex projects.

Richard is a trained coach for Climate-KIC – a large public-private partnership tackling climate change across Europe. Working with Climate-KIC, Richard has managed the introduction of a training programme helping businesses and organisations created circular economy strategies.
