RdSAP Update: What You Need to Know

According to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero’s transitional arrangements ECO scheme retrofits will follow these rules:

All new pre-retrofit assessments must use RdSAP10 now it’s live.

Post‑retrofit assessments under RdSAP2012 are permitted only if the pre‑retrofit was done before June 15.

 Any new projects beginning after June 15 will almost certainly require a full assessment using RdSAP10.

Additionally, SAP10.2 will be accepted for ECO4 compliance, alongside SAP2012, right through to the end of the ECO4 scheme
