The Government has announced a list of successful social housing landlords including local authorities and housing associations for its Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3.
It has also announced the list of local authorities receiving funding under Warm Homes: Local Grant.
£1.29bn has been offered to retrofit social homes across 144 projects under the scheme, including funding offered for:
The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) will be receiving an allocation of this funding as part of the first integrated settlements.
The Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 builds on the allocations made under the previous waves of SHDF.
