Established in 2009, Synergy Training Centre delivers accredited retrofit and energy efficiency training, helping individuals and organisations develop the skills needed to meet the UK’s net-zero goals. We’re proud to deliver courses recognised by ABBE, NOCN, GQA Qualifications, The CPD Group and CITB.
Our learning model combines tutor-led delivery, practical assignments and flexible study options. Whether you’re an installer, assessor, coordinator or local authority professional, Synergy provides a clear route to progress under PAS 2035 and PAS 2038.
A number of our courses are currently funded under the Government's Warm Homes Skills Programme.
We run over 20 courses in energy efficiency and retrofit, such as Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment and Retrofit Assessment, Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, Levels 3, 4 and 5 in Non-Domestic Energy Assessment and PAS 2038, and many complimentary courses from NVQ Level 2 to 5.
