Description

The Energy Efficiency Association CIC (EEA), in partnership with East Midlands Combined County Authority, Michael Pavis, UK Plumbing Supplies, and proudly supported by headline sponsor Fortem Solutions, presents its inaugural industry collaboration event:

Meet The Contractor – Getting Warm Homes Plan Ready

Taking place at Notts County Football Club on Wednesday 8th July, this flagship event brings the entire Warm Homes and retrofit supply chain together under one roof.

This is not a traditional conference. It is a focused, high-impact networking and collaboration event designed to connect Tier 1 contractors, local authorities, retrofit and energy efficiency specialists, procurement teams, manufacturers, and local contractors who are actively preparing to deliver Warm Homes projects across the East Midlands.

With Fortem Solutions as headline sponsor, the event highlights the importance of strong supply chain collaboration and trusted industry partnerships in enabling effective local delivery.

Attendees and exhibitors will benefit from direct access to key decision makers, meaningful networking opportunities, and practical discussions focused on accelerating delivery and strengthening regional collaboration across the Warm Homes agenda.

Venue Venue

Meadow Lane has been our home stadium since its opening in 1910. It currently has an all-seated capacity of 19,841 for EFL games, although its maximum capacity is 20,229. The record attendance is 47,310 for a match against York City in the FA Cup Sixth Round on 12 March 1955. The highest all-seater attendance is 17,615, for the League Two play-off semi-final against Coventry City on 18 May 2018.

The Derek Pavis Stand contains a number of conference and function facilities to complement the Meadow Lane Sports Bar situated behind the Family Stand, as well as our new 1,200-capacity fanzone and events space, the Nest, on Iremonger Road.

These facilities host numerous events throughout the year, ranging from live shows, entertainment, social evenings, meetings, wedding, wakes, birthday parties, receptions, conferences and everything in between.

During the 2024 closed season the pitch was re-laid including the installation of new drainage and pipes for future undersoil heating. The playing surface is a hybrid SIS type

Directions

Nottingham Railway Station is just under a mile away from Meadow Lane so should take under 20 minutes to walk. Exit on Station Street side and turn left, then take a right on to London Road (A60). Follow this road then turn left onto Cattle Market Road and cross the bridge. Continue to the junction and take the County Road exit on the right, where you will then see the stadium approaching.

Parking

There are a number of parking options near Meadow Lane. There is some parking at the stadium, but there are also quite a few car parks within walking distance. There is also a couple of Park and Ride Schemes that prove popular with visiting supporters.
