The Energy Efficiency Association’s Supply Chain conference and exhibition, where industry experts and politicians discuss cutting-edge developments and pressing issues about energy efficiency.

The conference will address what the industry needs to do to ensure improved uptake of energy efficiency measures and what we can do to overcome barriers that often threaten the delivery of such schemes. This vital event also offers unrivalled networking opportunities to discuss energy efficiency with those at the heart of our industry.

On the day, we will see over 150 leading installers, managing agents, funding providers, manufacturers, certification bodies, local authorities, housing associations, policy makers, and industry luminaries come together.

Gary Braybrooke is a distinguished leader in the energy efficiency sector, serving as the founding Chief Executive of the Energy Efficiency Association (EEA). He is widely recognised for his exceptional ability to foster collaboration across the industry and his unwavering commitment to advancing energy efficiency and combating fuel poverty. Before founding the EEA, Gary was instrumental in the creation of the Energy Efficiency Awards, which he has successfully managed for the past decade. These awards have become a cornerstone of the industry, highlighting and celebrating excellence in energy efficiency. With a professional background in publishing and sales, Gary brings a wealth of experience in communication and stakeholder engagement. His expertise has been pivotal in driving the success of the initiatives he leads. In his personal life, Gary is an ardent supporter of Liverpool FC and a dedicated cricket enthusiast.

Kenneth Campbell

Kenneth Campbell is Chairman of the Energy Efficiency Association CiC, Co-Founder of the National Energy Efficiency Awards and Director of Campbell Braybrooke Ltd. As Association Chairman, Kenneth has a particular interest in new energy efficient technologies,investment in and funding for energy efficiency, supply chain delivery, and skills and training for the energy efficiency sector. Kenneth has Bachelor of Science degree from Glasgow University where he studied Computer Science along with Biochemistry and Physiology.

The consumer journey to buying home improvement or renewable products is pivotal to a prosperous sector and my role is to lead our consumer protection organisations (DGCOS/HIES/HICS) with three pillars in mind: (1) Protect consumers purchase (2) Support our installer membership (3) Raise industry standards. With many years’ experience in marketing, project management, research and development, I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Non-Executive Director of NHIC and a member of various industry working groups.

In this fast-moving world, his people-centred approach has supported strategic leadership and management development across political, governmental, corporate, educational and charity sectors. Spencer is well-known across the ‘Westminster village, and has supported both UK and International clients at the very highest of levels.

Marissa Looby

Home Energy Lead

North West Net Zero Hub

Marissa Looby is the Home Energy Lead at the North West Net Zero Hub, supporting local authorities, housing providers and industry partners to deliver retrofit at scale across the region. She works across all five sub regions of the North West to coordinate programmes, share best practice, strengthen supply chains and address cross cutting challenges such as skills, quality and delivery consistency. Marissa has worked across built environment roles in Sydney, London and the North West in planning, design, energy and infrastructure. She is also a registered architect in New South Wales, Australia, and has led major public projects in Sydney and New York, bringing a practical, whole system perspective to decarbonising homes and places.

Tina Gandhi

Principal Environmental Strategy Officer

With over a decade of experience in the energy efficiency sector, Tina Gandhi is a recognised leader in domestic retrofit strategy and delivery. Since 2010, she has specialised in shaping local policies that support fuel poor and vulnerable households, ensuring energy saving initiatives reach those who need them most. Joining the Greater Manchester Combined Authority in 2014, she now manages a large scale retrofit framework, overseeing high value projects across all tenures, predominantly in the private sector, throughout Greater Manchester. Her work has driven major reductions in carbon emissions and delivered substantial financial savings for residents, creating lasting impact across the region. Tina’s contributions have been honoured with several prestigious regional and national awards, including the National Energy Efficiency Large Scale Project of the Year. In recognition of her outstanding service to the energy industry, she was nominated by the then Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and invited to Buckingham Palace to meet Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Dean has 26 years’ experience within the construction industry specialising in insulation specification. He has undertaken various roles that have included technical and business development positions, working with refurbishment contractors, and major and regional house builders. SAP compliant, new build construction and refurbishment under Building Regulations Part L for energy efficiency in relation to the conservation of Fuel and power, has been a key focus throughout Dean’s career. A large proportion of Dean’s time has been involved in the retro fit refurbishment sector during the evolution of schemes such as CERT, CESP, ECO LADS, and SHDF & HUGS, working and collaborating with industry stakeholders to support delivery of energy efficiency projects.
