OFGEM updates Guidance For ECO

Ofgem has released the latest updates to its guidance notes for ECO3.

There are plenty of small changed to the wording, but there are only a few changes of real substance that will affect installers.

There is some clarification on Internal Wall Insulation, including changes to insulation thicknesses and partial installs.

Fuel Cell CHP is now an approved measure

And there is confirmation that all technical monitoring will be taken over by  TrustMark from the 1st of July.
